It is what we refer to as a "mini" city book, and no, regular minifigures won't fit with it but you can build a large city in a tiny space (and I find these builds sturdier). I noticed a lot of other reviewers were complaining that there are mostly vehicle builds (I included a photo of the content page) but I|About the Author|Joachim Klang, a LEGO expert since his childhood days, is well-known within the LEGO community for his real artistic and experimental use of the colorful bricks.
